This procedure was developed to facilitate obtaining a visitor's visa or permission to attend the Congress, not for covering registration fees and other expenses. The letter of invitation in no way commits the Congress organizers to provide financial or other support.

If the participant's visa is rejected, registration fees will be totally reimbursed.

The refund will be sent after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after August 5, 2019.
