Notes for Reservations and Lodging:

• All prices listed are in Brazilian Reais (R$).
• REFERENCIAL exchange rate: U$ 1,00 = R$ 2,00 // € 1,00 = R$ 2,62. Exchange consulted on February.
• Hotel reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Check-in and check-out times differ according to the policy of each hotel.
• Early check-in and late check-out will be allowed only upon hotel availability and payment must be made directly at the hotel.
• In case of no-show (when the guest does not show up at the hotel), Luck Viagens follows the policy of each hotel;
• The Hotel(s) charges R$ 3,00 of tourism tax per day and must be paid direct to hotel.

Policy to Reservation Changes:

• After receiving the voucher from the hotel by the guest, it will be charged a fee of R$ 50,00 per change, which must be paid at time of request.

Cancellations up to 30 days prior departure penalty of 50% is applied to any cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 30 days of departure will be non refundable.

Cancellations made after the payment will be non refundable.
