Visa and Passport Information for Ethiopia

Except Kenya and Djibouti nationals, visas are required for all visitors to Ethiopia. All participants coming from countries where there are Ethiopian embassies or missions will be expected to obtain their visas there. Ethiopian embassies can be found at www.ethiopianembassy.org.

Participants coming from countries where there are no Ethiopian embassies or missions are requested to send, as soon as possible, the following passport details to the Congress Secretariat at info@ICOPHAI2011.org.

1. Full name
2. Nationality
3. Passport number
4. Date of birth
5. Date of passport issue
6. Date of passport expiry
7. Photocopies of the first 3 pages of the passport

Shebelle will advise the airlines concerned at the cities of embarkation that visas will be waiting for the participants at Bole International Airport. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of arrival to Ethiopia.
